    The research regarding the measurement of service quality in the car rental industry, which is the main subject of the study, was conducted in Izmir City with 400 people who rented the car before. In the research, service quality, satisfaction, and loyalty levels were analyzed. In the findings, it was found out that the married people and the people who rented a car 6-12 months ago give more importance to the car comfort. Also, it was searched that whether the car rental services, which were based on three components (car comfort, technical ability, and firm communication), were changed according to the demographics of the people. In this sample, it was revealed that the service quality regarding car rental services were changed according to education level and marital status of the participants.
