    Selling real estate to foreign people is one of the topics which is most dealt with inour country and the number of the researches on this subject is very limited. Takinginto consideration this fact it is seen that this sale has an affect mostly on tourism inthe country.This research was carried to learn the viewpoint of travel agency managers and hotelmanagers to understand how travel agencies and hotels, two main elements oftourism sector, are effected by the sale of the real estate to foreiners. The reason ofthis is to make it clear if there is a decline in the number of reservations in the travelagencies and if there is a change in occupancy rate in hotels.In this research questionnaire implemented on 67 travel agency managers and 26hotel managers, datas were evaluated from this questionnaire.As a result, attendants? ideas about how tourism enterprises are effected by the realestate sales to foreiners are given and comments are made on these ideas.Key Words: Travel Agencies, Hotels, Real Estate, Real Estate Sector.
