    As a result of today's technological, economic and social developments, the need for the adoption of a flexible working model, in which the working times can be freely adjusted by the parties, according to the needs of the business and the activities carried out in the business, rather than the strict working model. Flexibility of working times is an approach that allows parties to adjust their working time via legal instruments such as labor contracts or collective agreements and to adapt them to changing circumstances. With the Labor Law No. 4857, a flexible working model was adopted instead of the strict working model accepted in the previous Law; strict provisions have given their place to more flexible provisions. In our study, the examination was made according to the principle of equalization, which is one of the flexible working models introduced by Labor Law No. 4857.
