    The human factor is an indispensable element for organizations to reach their goals and ensure their continuity. The information needs of the employees who will carry out the activities of the organization should be met by the organizational management and their organizational communication should be supported. A well-functioning organizational communication in the organization helps to motivate the employees towards the goals of the organization and to increase their organizational commitment. In this context, the purpose of this thesis is to determine the relationship between employees'organizational communication and their organizational commitment, and to examine which sub-dimensions organizational commitment has more impact on employees. In the study conducted with 8 of 254 hotel businesses operating in İzmir, a survey was conducted as a data collection method. Correlation and regression analyzes were used in the analysis of the data. As a result of the research, it was concluded that organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.
