    Information and Communication Techniques and Organizational Innovation: Qualitative Analysis

    The study aims to enhance performance of business organizations by exploring the usage of information and communication technologies (ICT) to form innovative and productive organizations. In the study, the importance of BİT is demonstrated with the help of the 'case' and linkage between ICT and organizational innovation has been also validated. The study starts with the introduction of both ICT and organizational innovation. Later both concepts are highlighted in the context of previous studies in the literature review. The novel concept and area premised to adopt 'case study' research method allowing explorative study. The reasons and suitability to adopt research method has been corroborated by previous studies and researchers comments. The case is further elaborated by the help of external and internal analysis of the organization. Teaching notes are also developed for academic purposes. The study does not only explore the novel relationship between ICT and organizational innovation but it also provides grounds to other researchers for further research.
