İşgücüne Giriş Riski Altındaki Gençler İçin Mentorluk Programı (Employ)

Abstract

EMPLOY projesi, gençlere mentorluk, akran öğrenimi ve istihdam edilebilirlik becerilerini geliştirmeye yönelik kişiselleştirilmiş danışmanlık sunacak işbirlikçi bir çevrim içi mentorluk platformu geliştirmek amacıyla iki üniversite, bir kariyer rehberliği merkezi, bir araştırma merkezi ve iki gençlik örgütünü bir araya getirmektedir. Projenin temel hedefleri arasında çok dilli bir e-Hub’ın tasarlanması ve geliştirilmesi, bir Beceri ve Yetkinlikler El Kitabı’nın hazırlanması ve platformu pilot uygulamaya hazırlamak için 12 gençlik çalışanına yönelik 4 günlük Ortak Personel Eğitimi düzenlenmesi bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca EMPLOY, risk altındaki 24 genç için harmanlanmış bir hareketlilik programı sunacak, mentorluk merkezini altı ortak ülkedeki gençlik toplulukları arasında yaygınlaştıracak ve gençlerin işgücü piyasasına entegrasyonunu güçlendirmek için politika yapıcılara yönelik bir Politika Araç Seti geliştirecektir.

The EMPLOY project brings together two universities, a career guidance centre, a research centre, and two youth organisations in a joint effort to develop a collaborative online mentoring hub. This platform will provide young people with access to mentoring, peer learning, and tailored advice aimed at improving their employability skills and supporting their successful integration into the labour market. The project’s main objectives include the design and development of a multilingual e-Hub, the creation of a Skills and Competences Handbook, and the organisation of a 4-day Joint Staff Training to prepare 12 youth workers to pilot the platform. Additionally, EMPLOY will deliver a blended mobility programme for 24 young people at risk, promote the mentoring hub across youth communities in six partner countries and beyond, and propose a Policy Toolkit for decision-makers to enhance youth labour market integration.
