Abstract

RE-YOUTH, bireyler, kuruluşlar ve topluluklar üzerinde değişim süreçlerini kolaylaştırmak için Avrupa'da Süreç Çalışması metodolojisini yaygınlaştırmayı amaçlayan iki kuruluş olan Creo Común:Facilitando el Cambio ve L’Arte del Processo'nun ortaklığıyla geliştirilen bir KA153 Eğitim Kursu'dur. Her iki kuruluş da bu ortaklık aracılığıyla Avrupa'daki birçok genci etkileyen ve ruh sağlığı krizine yol açan duruma yanıt vermeyi amaçlamaktadır. Ele alınan verilere göre, çok boyutlu faktörler (sağlık, ekonomik, çevresel) ve özellikle COVID-19 pandemisinden bu yana, Akdeniz ülkeleri başta olmak üzere Avrupa Birliği ülkelerindeki ergenler ve gençler, depresyon, anksiyete, yeme bozuklukları ve korkunç bir şekilde intihar girişimleri teşhislerinde baş döndürücü bir artış yaşamaktadır. Aynı zamanda, gençlik çalışanlarının okullarda ve resmi olmayan eğitim alanlarında bu yeni pandemiyle mücadele etmek için kullanabilecekleri araçların kıtlığı da ortadadır. Bu nedenle, bu ortaklıktan, gençlerin refahı üzerinde etkisi olabilecek sağlık süreçlerini teşvik etmek amacıyla, halihazırda denenmiş ve başarısı kanıtlanmış yenilikçi metodolojileri teşvik etmek istiyoruz. Süreç Çalışması ve Sosyal Varoluş Tiyatrosu gibi sosyal sanatlara dayanan bir metodoloji paketi aracılığıyla, gençlik çalışanları, gençlere yönelik ve çiftler ve gruplar halinde kendileriyle sağlıklı ve besleyici ilişkiler geliştirmeye yönelik bireysel ve grup süreçlerini nasıl tasarlayıp kolaylaştıracaklarını öğrenecekler. Süreç ağırlıklı olarak deneyimsel olacak ve kişisel vakalara dayanacaktır. Teorik çerçeve, yaşanmış deneyimle paralel olarak geliştirilecek ve katılımcıların içgörüleriyle pekiştirilecektir. Eğitmenler, bireylere ve kuruluşlara destek ve müdahale amacıyla Süreç Çalışması ve Sosyal Sanatların kullanımında kapsamlı deneyime sahip uluslararası profesyonellerdir.

RE-YOUTH is a KA153 Training Course developed by the partnership composed of Creo Común:Facilitando el Cambio and L’Arte del Processo, two organizations committed to disseminating the Processwork methodology in Europe to facilitate processes of change on individuals, organizations and communities. Both organizations, through this partnership, intend to respond to the situation that is affecting many young people in Europe, resulting in a mental health crisis. According to the data handled, due to a multidimensionality of factors (health, economic, environmental) and especially since the COVID-19 pandemic, adolescents and young people in the European Union states, with emphasis on the Mediterranean countries, are experiencing a dizzying increase in diagnoses of depression, anxiety, eating disorders and, terribly, suicide attempts. At the same time it is evident the scarcity of instruments that youth workers have at their disposal at school and in non-formal education spaces to fight this new pandemic. For this reason, from this partnership we want to promote innovative methodologies, already experimented and of proven success, with the aim of promoting health processes that can have an impact on the wellbeing of young people. By means of a methodological package based in Process Work and social arts as Social Presencing Theatr, youth workers will learn how to design and facilitate individual and group processes directed at young people and geared toward developing healthy and nurturing relationships with themselves, in pairs and in groups. The process will be predominantly experiential and based on personal cases. The theoretical framework will be developed in parallel with the lived experience and will be reinforced through insights from the participants. The trainers are international professionals with extensive experience in the use of Processwork and Social Arts for support and intervention with individuals and organizations.
