Sosyal Girişimcilik – Sosyal Değişim İçin İş

Abstract

"Litvanya'daki Inceptus STK'sı, Ukrayna'daki Kalkınma ve Girişim STK'sı ile iş birliği içinde, hem AB hem de AB dışı toplumların sürdürülebilir kalkınması için gençler arasında girişimcilik ruhunu teşvik etmeyi amaçlayan uluslararası bir gençlik değişimi uygulayacaktır. Projenin sonunda katılımcıların sosyal konular hakkında somut fikirlere sahip olmaları, ait oldukları ülkelerde sosyal girişimcilik projeleri için fırsat ve finansman kaynakları arayabilmeleri ve katılımcılar arasında ağ oluşturarak ulusötesi iş birliğini sürdürebilmeleri beklenmektedir.

Proje hedefleri:

Sosyal girişimci nasıl olunur ve ait olduğunuz toplumu nasıl değiştirebileceğiniz konusunda bilgi edinmek;

Eko-girişimcilik kavramını ve gençlik çalışmalarında bilgi edinmeyi anlamak; Sosyal iş fikirleri ve proje ve iş planı yazma yöntemleri için beceri ve bilgi edinerek sosyal etkisi olan bir işletmenin nasıl kurulacağı konusunda bilgi edinmek;

Katılımcıların işgücü piyasasına erişim sağlamalarına yardımcı olacak beceri ve bilgi edinmek; Katılımcıların ait oldukları ülkelerdeki sosyal ve çevresel sorunları keşfetmek ve daha iyi anlamak;

Katılımcıların değişim yaratmaları için ilham ve motivasyon sağlamak Topluluklarında yer almaları ve ait oldukları toplulukların durumunu iyileştirmek için çalışma grupları oluşturmaları.

Eko-işletmeleri özel kılan üçlü bir temel hedef vardır: sosyal, çevresel ve ekonomik hedefler.

Sosyal: Gençler için iş fırsatları, özellikle daha az fırsata sahip kişiler, mülteciler, sığınmacılar ve göçmenler için işsizlik sorununa çözüm. Çevresel: Çevre üzerindeki ekolojik olarak yıkıcı etkilerin en aza indirilmesi, toplumda ekolojik bilincin oluşturulması. Ekonomik: "Sürdürülebilir, kapsayıcı ve sürdürülebilir ekonomik büyümeyi, tam ve üretken istihdamı ve herkes için insana yakışır işleri teşvik etmek."

NGO Inceptus (Lithuania) in cooperation with NGO Development and Initiative (Ukraine) is going to apply an international youth exchange, which aims to promote the entrepreneurship spirit among youth for the sustainable development of communities on both EU and Non-EU. At the end of the project it is expected that participants have concrete ideas about social affairs, can seek opportunities and funding sources for projects of social entrepreneurship in the countries in which they belong and to continue transnational cooperation through networking between participants.

Project aims:

Getting knowledge on how to become a social entrepreneur and how you can change the community to which you belong;

Understanding Concept of eco-entrepreneurship and acquisition of knowledge in youth work; Getting knowledge on how to create a business with a social impact by acquiring skills and knowledge for social business ideas and methods of writing projects and business plans;

Gained skills and knowledge that will help participants to gain access to the labor market; Discovering and a better understanding of the social and environmental problems in countries belonging participants;

Inspiration and motivation of participants to make changes in their communities and begin working party to improve the situation of the communities to which they belong.

There is a triple bottom line what makes eco-enterprises special: social, environmental and economic targets:

Social: work opportunities for young people, the solution to the unemployment problem, especially for people with fewer opportunities, refugees, asylum seekers, migrants. Environmental: minimization of ecologically destructive impact on the environment, the formation of the ecological consciousness of society. Economic: to “Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all.
