Kriz Dönemlerinde Sivil Toplum Örgütlenme Prosedürü

Abstract

Bu proje ile sivil toplum kuruluşlarına pandemi gibi kriz zamanlarında hızlı hareket etmeyi, kriz zamanında ağlar ve dayanışma platformları kurmayı, görev dağılımını etkili bir şekilde yapmayı, sivil toplum kuruluşları içerisinde görev dağılımı yapmayı, kamu kurumları ve yerel yönetimlere halkın ihtiyaç ve beklentilerini karşılamak için kullanılacak bilgi ve yöntemleri aktarmayı öğretmek amaçlanmaktadır. Proje sonunda proje kapsamında edinilen deneyimler ışığında platformların kurulması ve işletilmesi için bir kitap, bir kısa film (5 dk) ve 3-30 saniyelik filmler hazırlanacaktır. Bu yayınlar 250 sivil toplum kuruluşu, kamu kurumu, yerel yönetim ve aktivistle paylaşılacaktır. Ayrıca farklı paydaşlara ve kütüphanelere tanıtımı yapılacaktır. Sivil toplum geliştirme merkezi, sivil sayfalar ve sivil toplum sektörü gibi platformların yardımıyla bu filmlerle binlerce kişiye ulaşılması hedeflenmektedir.

With this project, it is aimed to teach non-governmental organizations how to act quickly in times of crisis like pandemic, building networks and solidarity platforms in the time of crisis, effective distribution of tasks, distribution of tasks within the non-governmental organizations, transfer knowledge and methods to public institutions and local governments that will be used to meet the needs and expectations of the public. At the end of the project a book, a short film (5 min) and 3- 30 second films will be prepared for the establishment and operation of the platforms based on the experiences gained through the project. These publications will be shared with 250 non-governmental organizations, public institutions, local governments and activists. Also, they will be promoted to different stakeholders and libraries. It is aimed to reach thousands of people with these movies with the help of platforms like civil society development center, civil pages and civil society sector.
