21. yüzyıla kadar Cumhuriyet Dönemi Türk bestecilerin eserlerinde fagotun yerine genel bir bakış ve Ulvi Cemal Erkin'in Köçekçe orkestra süitinde fagotun kullanımı

Abstract

Çok sesli müzik, Osmanlı İmparatorluğu'nda 19. yüzyılda ortaya çıkmış ve çok sesli müziğin temelleri Sultan 2. Mahmud tarafından atılmıştır. Aynı dönemde Mehterhane'nin yerine Muzıka-i Hümâyûn kurulmuştur. Padişah, Giuseppe Donizetti'yi getirterek müzik alanında girişimlerde bulunmuş, batı müziği eğitim sistemini Osmanlı İmparatorluğu'ndaki müzik eğitimi sistemine taşımıştır. Muzıka-i Hümâyûn'un ardından Darülelhan adlı, Osmanlı'daki ilk resmi müzik okulu açılarak bugünkü İstanbul Devlet Konservatuvarı'nın temelleri atılmıştır. Cumhuriyet'in ilanından sonra Muzıka-i Hümâyûn, Riyaset-i Cumhur Musiki Heyeti'ne dönüştürülerek günümüzün Cumhurbaşkanlığı Senfoni Orkestrası'nın tohumları atılmıştır. Riyaset-i Cumhur Musiki Heyeti ile beraber öğrenci yetiştirmek üzere sanatçı ve öğretmen yetiştirmek amacıyla Musiki Muallim Mektebi de kurulmuştur. 1900'lü yılların başlarında doğan, yurt dışında müzik eğitimi alan ve Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nin kuruluş dönemlerinde eserleriyle Türk müziğine yenilikler getiren Türk Beşleri, bu dönemde ortaya çıkmıştır. Cemal Reşit Rey, Hasan Ferid Alnar, Ulvi Cemal Erkin, Ahmed Adnan Saygun ve Necil Kâzım Akses, Türk Beşleri olarak isimlendirilerek klasik armoni dokusu içinde Türk motiflerini batı müziği formlarında kullanmışlardır. 1943 yılında bestelenen Köçekçe Süiti, Ulvi Cemal Erkin tarafından makamsal melodilerin hâkim olduğu, büyük orkestra kurulunda bestelenmiş, aksak ritimlerin sıklıkla kullanıldığı bir eserdir. Tahta nefesli sazların en pes sese sahip olan, genelde orkestrada viyolonsel ile eşlik görevi yapan fagot, Köçekçe Süiti'ndeki önemli solo partisinin yanı sıra eşlikçi olarak uzun sesleriyle ve diğer enstrümanlardaki partiyi kuvvetlendirmek amacıyla unison pasajlarda yer almıştır. Ulvi Cemal Erkin, bu eserinde fagotun yanı sıra kontrfagotu da kullanmıştır. Sonuç olarak Cumhuriyet dönemi bestecisi olan Ulvi Cemal Erkin'in Köçekçe Süiti, 1aksak ritimlerin yoğunlukta kullanıldığı, keskin melodik dokularla bezenmiş, Türk ezgileri içeren ve uluslararası Türk sanat müziğinin, Cumhuriyet Dönemi müzik reformlarını yansıtan önemli yapıtlarından biri olmuştur. Polyphonic music is emerged in 19th century in Ottoman Empire which is founded by Sultan Mahmud the 2nd. At the same time, Muzika-i Humayun was establish instead of Mehterhane. The sultan had initiaties in music and he brought Giuseppe Donizetti to his country. Ottoman Empire music education system is renewed and replaced by western music education system. After the foundation at Muzika-i Humayun, Darulelhan-which is the first official school at music in Ottoman Empire-was established and became the Istanbul State Conservatory. After the proclamation of Turkish republic, Muzika-i Humayun was transformed to Riyaset-i Cumhur Musiki Heyeti (commitee of republics music). It was the base of the Presidential Symphony Orchestra. Musiki Muallim Mektebi was established for helping the Riyaset-i Cumhur Musiki Heyeti to educate students, artists and teachers. At that period, The Turkish Five was appeared. The group included composers who were very talented and they all were born in beginning at the 1900s. They are Cemal Reşit Rey, Hasan Ferid Alnar, Ulvi Cemal Erkin, Ahmed Adnan Saygun and Necil Kazım Akses. They brought many reforms of Turkish music by their compositions. They all used Turkish traditions in many forms in classical histotexture at harmony. In conclusion, Kocekce Suit was composed by Ulvi Cemal Erkin and it is very important composition for Turkish music. Köçekçe Suit contains intensive clunky rythms and laced with sharp melodic texture with Turkish motifs. It is the reflection at International Turkish Music and musaical reforms Republic Period. In conclusion, the composer of the Republic Era, Ulvi Cemal Erkin's 'Köçekçe Süit', which is intensity used aksak rhythms, is adorned with severe melodic structures, including Turkish tunes and reflecting Republic Era Music reformations of International Turkish Art Music that 'Köçekçe Suit' is existed one of the important work of arts.
