Abstract
Küresel rekabetin her sektör için birçok dinamik ve pandemik durum nedeniyle arttığı günümüzde, tedarikçi seçim süreci de dönüşüme uğramış ve şirketler birçok kriteri aynı anda gözeterek yönetim felsefesini benimsemeye başlamıştır. Bu noktada firmalar tedarikçi seçim sürecinin yüksek karlılık, verimli üretim yapısı, maliyetlerin düşürülmesi, pazar payının artırılması gibi kurumsal hedeflerle doğrudan ilişkili olduğunun bilincindedir. Doğru tedarik zinciri tasarımının ve iyi yapılandırılmış tedarikçi seçim süreci prosedürünün önemi, en küçük işletmelerden büyük fabrikalara kadar her boyuttaki üretim tesisi için kabul edilmiştir. Bu nedenle firmalar sektördeki rekabete direnmek için kendi tedarikçi seçim süreçlerini geliştirmişlerdir. Bu tezde, yeni ürün geliştirme aşamasında tedarikçi seçim sürecinin nasıl yapılabileceği örneklendirilmiş ve otomotiv sektöründe tedarikçi seçim süreci, tedarikçi seçiminin yapılmasını sağlayan ve bu sektördeki karar verme sürecini kolaylaştıran Bulanık AHP ve TOPSIS çoklu karar verme yöntemleri ile satın alma süreçlerinde karar verme mekanizması geliştirilerek gerçekleştirilecektir.
As the global competition has been increasing nowadays for every sector due to several dynamics and pandemic situations, the supplier selection process has been transformed and companies have been adopting their management philosophy by keeping up with several criteria at the same time. At this point, companies are aware that the supplier selection process is directly related to corporate goals such as high profitability, efficient production structure, cost reduction, and increasing market share. The importance of the right supply chain design and well-structured supplier selection process procedure has been recognized for manufacturing facilities of all sizes, from the smallest enterprises to huge factories. For that reason, companies have developed their own supplier selection process for resisting the competition in the sector. In this thesis, how the supplier selection process can be done in the new product development phase is exemplified and the supplier selection process in the automotive industry will be carried out by developing decision-making mechanism with Fuzzy AHP and TOPSIS methods that enable to make the supplier selection process easier for the companies at the automotive industry.
