Abstract
Ticaret unvanının ticari işletmesine ait önemli bir unsur olmasıyasada acıkca ve detaylı olarak düzenleme yapılmasa sebep olmuştur.Ticaret unvanı adı altında işlem yapmak tacir olmanın sonuçlarından biri olarak ve dolayısıyla ticaret hukuk anlamında bir hüküm ifade eder.
