Abstract
Project logistics has become very important as it is large-scale and value-added work. Project logistics has operational risks and due to its dynamic nature these risks are sometimes unavoidable. In this study operational risks in project logistics are evaluated. In addition as a real case study the wind vane blade transportation operation of a logistics company was handled with the help of PERT both the critical path was found and the project completion time was obtained. It is aimed that this study will guide academicians and logistics workers in terms of both prioritizing risks and calculating the critical path of a project logistics and the completion time of the project with a real example. © 2024 Elsevier B.V.
