Abstract
Bu tezin amacı perakende mağazalarındaki ağırlama deneyiminin çok boyutluluğunu inceleyerek bu boyutları tekrar ziyaret etme ve tekrar tavsiye etme eğilimlerinin üzerindeki etkilerini araştırmaktır. Bu çalışmanın amacına paralel olarak kaynak taramasının ikinci kısmında öncelikle satın alma davranış yöntemi sunulmuş; ardından müşterilerin amaçları incelenmiştir. Son olarak ise, ağırlama deneyimi kuramsal boyutlarıyla sunulmuştur.
The aim of this thesis is to examine the multidimensionality of experience of hospitality in retail outlets. Moreover, the effects of experience of hospitality on consumers' intentions is a literature gap. Thus, this study also aims to investigate the effects of experience of hospitality on the revisiting and recommendation intentions through hypotheses. Regarding to the aim of this thesis, the second section of the literature review involves about; first which presents the process of purchasing behaviour and consumers' intentions follow this review. Second, the experience of hospitality is presented with its theoretical dimensions.
