KOBİ aile işletmelerinde aile anayasası uygulamaları ve bir adaptasyon tasarımı çalışması

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the concept of family constitution's of which significance is increasing in Sme family business day by day, structure and implementation in sample family-owned business. İn accordance with this purpose, a family constitution was formed through the method of adaptation planning study. This study method involves two stages as case implementation and adaptation planning. In the first stage, the data about purposes and activities of family constitution were analyzed. In the second stage however, the phase of required substructure study to form a family constitution was examined. The research results presented the sample decisions in related to structure, activities, operations and adaptations of family constitution. Key Words: Family Constitutions, Family Company, Case Study, Applying, SustainabilityBu çalışmanın amacı, Kobi Aile İşletmelerinde her geçen gün önem kazanan; aile anayasası kavramının yapısını ve örnek aile işletmesinde uygulanması incelenmektedir. Bu amaç kapsamında, adaptasyon tasarım çalışması yöntemi kullanılarak bir aile anayasası oluşturulmuştur. Çalışma yöntemi, vaka uygulaması ve adaptasyon tasarımı şeklinde iki aşamadan oluşmaktadır. Birinci aşamada, aile anayasanın amaçları ile faaliyetlerine ilişkin veriler incelenmiştir. İkinci aşamada ise, aile anayasasının oluşturulması için gerekli olan alt yapı çalışmasının basamakları irdelenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları, aile anayasasının yapısı, faaliyetleri, performans etkinliği ve adaptasyonuna ilişkin örnek kararlar sunulmaktadır.
