Uluslararası normlar ve küresel aktörlerin insan ticaretini önleme konusundaki rolü

Abstract

Her yıl milyonlarca insan insan ticaretine maruz kalıyor. Dünyadaki hemen hemen tüm ülkeler bu tehlikeli suçtan etkilendi. İnsan ticareti, zorla çalıştırma, köleleştirme, esaret, insan organlarının alınması vb. gibi çok çeşitli şekillerde gerçekleşmektedir. Önceki yüzyıldan beri desteklenen uygulamalara rağmen suç her geçen gün artmaktadır. İnsan ticaretinin önlenmesi birçok idare, küresel aktör ve yerel aktör için giderek artan bir öncelik haline geliyor. Bu tez, insan ticaretinin çeşitli yöntemlerine, küresel aktörler gibi idari girişimlere ve bunu önlemeye yönelik uluslararası normlara kapsamlı bir bakış sunmaktadır. Bu çalışma, küresel aktörlerin, artık küresel hale gelen bu suçu önlemek için farklı yönetimleri desteklemeye yönelik girişimlerini ve uluslararası normları içeren, idarenin suçu korumak, kovuşturmak ve önlemek için nasıl girişimde bulunduğunu da içeren insan ticaretinin çeşitli biçimlerine odaklanmıştır. Millions of people have become subject to trafficking in persons annually. Almost all the countries in the world have been affected by this dangerous offense. Trafficking in persons comes in diverse forms such as forced labor, enslavement, slavery, and extraction of human organs etc. Despite the practice that has been backed from the previous century, crime continuously increases every day. Preventing trafficking in persons is a growing precedence for a lot of administrations, global actors, and local actors. This thesis offers an extensive look at diverse methods of trafficking in persons, administrative attempts such as global actors and international norms to prevent it. This study concentrated on diverse forms of trafficking in persons which include how the administration make attempt to protect, prosecute and prevent the crime, which involves the global actors attempts and international norms to support the different administrations to prevent this crime which have now become a global issue.
