Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, algılanan örgütsel desteğin iki tür yıldırma (aşağıya doğru ve yatay) ile zihinsel yorgunluk, fiziksel yorgunluk, kaygı ve stres gibi psikolojik sıkıntı arasındaki aracı rolünü incelemektir. Bu amaca ulaşmak için 22-60 yaş arası aktif çalışan katılımcılar (N=306) alınmıştır. Bu katılımcılar genel yıldırma ölçeği (α=0.97), Lüksemburg işyeri yıldırma ölçeği, algılanan stres ölçeği (α=0.80), kaygı ölçeği (α=0.93), algılanan örgütsel destek ölçeği (α=0.90) arasından seçilmiştir. ve fiziksel yorgunluk ve zihinsel yorgunluk ölçeği. bir anket doldurdu. Lüksemburg mobbing ölçeğinin çevirisi ve uyarlaması araştırmacı tarafından yapılmış ve iki akademisyen tarafından kontrol edilmiştir. Bu ölçekte yer alan maddelerden hareketle yanal yıldırma ölçeği (α=0.82) ve aşağı yönlü yıldırma ölçeği (α=0.71) geliştirilmiştir. Ayrıca fiziksel yorgunluk ölçeği (α=0.92) ve zihinsel yorgunluk ölçeği (α=0.83) 14 mobbing mağduru ile yapılan görüşmeler ve chalder yorgunluk ölçeğinin alt boyutları dikkate alınarak araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilmiştir. Kaygı ölçeğinin güvenirlik puanının düşük olması nedeniyle analize dahil edilmemiştir. Araştırma sonuçları, algılanan örgütsel desteğin aşağı doğru mobbing ile stres arasındaki ilişkiye aracılık ettiğini ve ayrıca aşağı doğru mobbing ile zihinsel yorgunluk arasındaki ilişkiye aracılık ettiğini ortaya koymuştur. Ayrıca algılanan örgütsel destek, aşağı doğru mobbing ile fiziksel yorgunluk arasındaki ilişkiye aracılık etmektedir. Ayrıca bulgular, gelecekteki araştırmalar için algılanan örgütsel desteğin yanal yıldırma ile stres, yanal yıldırma ile zihinsel yorgunluk ve yanal yıldırma ile fiziksel yorgunluk arasında aracı bir rol oynadığını göstermiştir. The aim of this study is to examine the mediator role of perceived organizational support between two types of mobbing (downward and lateral) and psychological distress such as mental fatigue, physical fatigue, anxiety and stress. In order to achieve this aim, active working participants (N=306) between the ages of 22-60 were recruited. These participants were selected from the general mobbing scale (α=0.970), the Luxembourg workplace mobbing scale, the perceived stress scale (α=0.80), the anxiety scale (α=0.93), the perceived organizational support scale (α=0.90), and the physical fatigue and mental fatigue scale. filled out a questionnaire. Translation and adaptation of the Luxembourg mobbing scale was done by the researcher and checked by two academicians. Based on the items in this scale, the lateral mobbing scale (α=0.82) and the downward mobbing scale (α=0.65) were developed. In addition, the physical fatigue scale (α=0.92) and the mental fatigue scale (α=0.83) were developed by the researcher by considering the interviews with 14 mobbing victims and the subscales of the chalder fatigue scale. Due to the low reliability score of the anxiety scale, it was not included in the analysis. Research results revealed that perceived organizational support mediated the relationship between downward mobbing and stress, and also mediated the relationship between downward mobbing and mental fatigue. In addition, perceived organizational support mediates the relationship between downward mobbing and physical fatigue. In addition, the findings showed that perceived organizational support plays a mediating role between lateral mobbing and stress, lateral mobbing and mental fatigue, and lateral mobbing and physical fatigue for future research. keywords: downward mobbing, lateral mobbing, mental fatigue, physical fatigue, stress.
