Sipariş toplama operasyonları için değiştirilmiş iki bloklu depolar

Abstract

Bu çalışma, sipariş toplayıcının depo içerisindeki seyahatinin en fazla zaman alan aktivite olduğu depolarda çalışanın seyahat mesafesinin en küçükleyecek yenilikçi depo tasarımları geliştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu nedenle, orta ana koridorun segmentlere bölündüğü ve herbir segmentin (tünelin) toplama koridorları boyunca birbirinden bağımsız olarak yerleştirilebildiği yeni bir depo tasarım problemi ele alınmıştır. Tünellerin sipariş toplama tur uzunluğunu uzun vadede en küçükleyecek en iyi lokasyonlarını bulmak için Harmoni arama sezgiseli seçilmiştir. Ayrıca, verilen sipariş setleri ve tünel lokasyonları için en küçük tur uzunluğunu hesaplayan yeni bir sipariş toplama algoritması önerilmiş olup algoritmanın hesaplama karmaşıklığının ise koridor sayısı ve toplanacak parça adeti ile lineer ilişkili olduğu gösterilmiştir.

This study aims to develop innovative warehouse layouts for minimizing the travelling distance of a picker in an order-picking warehouse where order picker's travelling through the warehouse is the most time-consuming activity. Therefore, a new warehouse layout problem is considered, where the middle cross aisle is divided into segments and each segment (tunnel) can be arranged along the picking aisles independently. Harmony search heuristic is selected to find the best locations for such tunnels that minimize order-picking tour length in the long run. Also, a new order-picking algorithm which calculates the minimum tour length for a given set of orders and a given tunnel locations is proposed and it is indicated that computational complexity of the algorithm is linear in terms of the number of aisles and the number of items to be picked.
