Filmlerin hikayeleri, ülkelerini -Suriye veya Gazze- terk eden ve Türkiye, Yunanistan, Orta Avrupa ve Filistin topraklarında güvenli bir yer arayan mültecilerin yaşam ve maceralarını konu alacaktır. Proje, STK'lar ve projenin kurumları/ortakları tarafından kendi ülkelerinde düzenlenen eğitim ve prodüksiyon atölyeleri ile uygulanacaktır. Bir dizi eğitim atölyesiyle (her ülkede 2-3) 3 grup genç erkek ve kız -profesyonel olmayan film yapımcıları- belgesel hikaye anlatımı dünyası ve kamera/ses kullanımının temelleriyle tanışacaktır. Amaç, 20-25 kişilik seçilmiş genç gruplarına (18-30 yaş arası, yarısı erkek, yarısı kadın), karma yapım grupları (bir tarafta film yapımcıları, diğer tarafta mülteciler/başrol oyuncuları/tanıklar) tarafından kısa belgesellerin nasıl üretileceği konusunda kamu çağrısı yoluyla eğitim vermektir. Lider ve ortak kuruluşlardan eğitmenler, katılımcıların sürecini ve filmlerin nihai yapımını takip edecektir. Teknik ekipman her ortak tarafından sağlanacaktır.The aim of the project is the production of 10 short documentary films made up by youth in 3 countries: Greece, Turkey, Palestine, with the theme “Home-New Home”. The stories of the films will be the life and the adventure of the refugees who left their country – Syria or Gaza – and they are searching for a safe place in Turkey, Greece, and the Central Europe and in Palestinian territories. The project will be implemented by training and production workshops organised by the NGOs and Institutions/Partners of the project , in their countries. With a series of training workshops ( 2-3 in each country ) 3 groups of young boys and girls – non professional filmmakers – will become familiar with the world of documentary storytelling and the basics in the use of cameras / sound. The objective is to train, through public call, selected groups of 20-25 youths (18-30 years old-half men half women) in how to produce short documentaries by mixed groups of production: the filmmakers from one side, and the refugees/ the protagonists /witnesses, from the other. Tutors from the leader and the partner organisations will follow the process of the participants and the final production of the films.
