Avrupa Birliği aynı zamanda iklim diplomasisi aracılığıyla dünyada da iklim politikalarının benimsenmesini teşvik etmektedir. Avrupa Birliği’nin bu etkinlikleri ekonomik çıkarlarıyla açıklanabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada AB’nin Mısır’a yönelik iklim değişikliği politikası sayesinde ekonomik çıkar elde edip etmediği incelenmektedir.
