As the dynamic equations are the unification of differential, difference and q-discrete equations, our results are also true for the special cases R;Z; hZ and Kq.We establish integral operators corresponding to our problems in appropriate circumstances and we prove the existence of the fixed points of these operators via Sadowskii fixed point theorem. The measure of weak noncompactness ,introduced by DeBlasi, is used for the compactness condition of the operators.Bu tezde, Banach uzaylar üzerinde zayıf türevler içeren ikinci mertebeden Cauchy probleminin ve hiperbolik kısmi zayıf türevli dinamik denklemin zayıf çözümlerinin varlığı için yeter koşullar (gerek koşullara mümkün olduğu kadar yakın) elde ettik. Dinamik denklemler, diferansiyel, fark ve q-diskret denklemlerinbir birleşimi olduğundan, sonuçlarmz R;Z; hZ ve Kq ozel durumlarolan icin de doğrudur. Öncelikle problemlerimize uygun koşullarda karşılık gelen integral operatörleri oluşturduk ve Sadowskii sabit nokta teoremi yardımı ile bu operatörlerin sabit noktalarının varlığını ispatladık.
