In this thesis by using Dubovitskii Milyutin theorem we investigate necessary optimality condition for optimal control system. In this way we used general form of Euler equation and separate principle of conex cone. The main idea of the method are generalizations ideas with which investigated problems on extremum with constraints in the case of functions of a finite number of variables.enDoctoral Thesis
