However employers stated that these qualifications were insufficient in graduates and many had to be taught by them on the job. Graduates on the other hand have stated that when they think about the difficulties they have experienced in the business world they realize their shortcomings only when they start working. Implications for Research and Practice: According to the findings it is considered appropriate to carry out such research with a participant profile in other fields of higher education including representatives of the relevant business world academic representatives and representatives of the central authority. The connection between the labour market and the education system can be established in a healthy way by carrying out the work in different higher education programs. © 2020 Elsevier B.V. Redesigning Processes in Municipalities: A Case Study on Developing Process Architecture and Mapping Processes
(EGE UNIV FAC ECONOMICS & ADMIN SCIENCES, 2017) Sevkinaz Gumusoglu; Guzin Ozdagoglu; Isil Kellevezir; Ozdagoglu, Guzin; Kellevezir, Isil; Gumusoglu, Sevkinaz
Process oriented management approaches constitute the most important source of forming an effective management mechanism. Labor Dynamics in Law: Supply-Demand Analysis in the Long Run
(TUBA-TURKISH ACAD SCIENCES, 2019) Isil Kellevezir; Guzin Ozdagoglu; Askin Ozdagoglu
In many areas of work labor dynamics fluctuate with the effect of the education policies environmental factors or economic conjunctures. In situations where fluctuations in supply and demand are not balanced either the unemployment rates follow an upward trend or the demands for the product or service are not met. One area where such fluctuations are observed is the field of law. It seems that especially in recent years the number of law faculties and the student quotas of the existing law faculties have increased to meet the demand for professionals such as lawyers judges and prosecutors. In this dynamic context the development of policies for taking necessary measures and keeping supply under control by correctly forecasting the time when the labor market is to be stabilized is critical for the future of the profession. The study reveals the status of the graduates of law and based on the available statistics offers forecasts for the distant future. The findings point out that if the market is not kept under control for the rapidly increasing supply level to meet the intense demand in the current situation there may be a great number of law faculty graduates above the demand level in the future.

A HOLISTIC APPROACH AND A SYSTEMATIC MODEL SUGGESTION FOR STREET ECONOMY
(EMERALD GROUP PUBLISHING LTD, 2021) Isil Kellevezir; Kellevezir, Isil; S Grima; O Sirkeci; K Elbeyoglu
All sectors have been affected economically due to the COVID-19 epidemic that we have experienced since the beginning of 2020. As a natural reflection of this we know that unemployment is rising. The street economy is both a shelter for the workforce pushed from other sectors and for the existing workers. However we do not know much about the current situation and problems of this industry all over the world. Of course the investment required to determine with full accuracy the components of the street economy (how many people where they work and what are the characteristics of these people) which have a very dynamic structure are usually based on social needs is very large. However by photographing the street economy on a regional basis today the need to regulate this sector which has more impact on the mental and physical health of both the individual and society than ever before is strongly manifested. In this study a systematic layout proposal was tried to be proposed for this arrangement.
