    Women?s participation into the active work force has initiated a very rapid change both in their work and social life. However, it has been observed that even though this new development cause a better enhanced working and living conditions for women, women have lesser opportunities compared to their men colleagues in working life and they have to strive in harder conditions. In this regard, women?s struggle to exist as individuals has been changed in relation to the social milieu they belong to. Nowadays, because of an intensive technological usage, the qualifications looked for in the employment procedures have also been changed. For this reason, women have to improve their skills in order to be fit to the several strata in the work force and their endeavors should gain a momentum.Though these developments started to change the attitude of the society in Turkey, women are still regarded as second class of citizens in both economic and social arena. In addition to this, man oriented societies? moral values, the extra pressure stemming from women?s working outside and the society?s ignorance of women?s education with some drawbacks that take place in legislations all prevent woman to have their successful and right career position in the business life. One of the fundamental controversy in our county is that working women are expected to be successful but without neglecting their traditional roles in the family.In Turkey, there has not been any means of estimation to weigh the impression related to women. This research aims to investigate men?s attitudes toward women and women?s understanding and questioning of their identity. It is expected that the results of this study will bring out and promote a new analysis of emerging related problems.
