| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’de kurulmuş olan derneklerin ulus-lararası faaliyetlerine ilişkin koşulları, yabancı derneklerin Türkiye’dehangi şartlar çerçevesinde faaliyette bulunabileceklerini ve Türkiye’dekiyabancıların dernek kurma ve derneğe üye olma özgürlüğünü ne şekildekullanacaklarının tespiti ile değerlendirilmesidir. Bu kapsamda, Türkhukukundaki konuya ilişkin mevzuat hükümleri tespit edilmiş ve ince-lenmiştir. | tr |
