| dc.description.abstract | The use of the piano pedals has an utmost importance when performing. Even if it is not written on the score it is necessary to use the pedals to create the sounds and the effects which the performer aim to achieve. Composers and performers who seek their own way of interpretation in making music may utilize the pedals to realize this. This study presents ideas for the use of the sostenuto pedal a less known pedal than the other ones. | |
