| dc.description.abstract | Günümüzde iş görme şekillerinin ve araçlarınınmodern iş yaşamında değişmesi bilgiekonomisinin ürettiği bilgi işçilerinin istihdamdaki tutumları ve beklentileri örgütsel sosyalleşmeninyeniden güncellenerek tartışılması ve araştırılması açısından önem arz etmektedir. Örgütselsosyalleşme üzerine gelecekte yapılacak çalışmaların yazında ihtiyaç duyulan kavramın düzey vesonuç ölçümlerinin sadeleştirilmesine yönelik olması beklenmektedir (Liang ve Hsieh 2008:212). Buçalışma bir işgören adayının kariyer hedefleri doğrultusunda çalışmaya başlayacağı işyerinin tam birüyesi olma sürecini hızlandıran örgütsel sosyalleşme taktiklerini mevcut yazından yola çıkarak ilgilifaktörlerle sentezlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu bağlamda örgütsel sosyalleşmenin farklı çalışmalarda görece farklı şekillerde ilişkilendirildiği kavramlardan bazıları da kavramın nomolojik ağ oluşumunadestek sağlamak üzere ele alınmıştır. | |
