Abstract
İnşaat endüstrisi insanlığın en temel ihtiyaçlarından olan barınma ihtiyacından başlayarak toplumların yaşam kalitesini ve refahını arttıracak şekilde sürekli aşama kaydederek bugünkü seviyesine ulaşmıştır. Türk inşaat endüstrisi de Türk ekonomisine ve Türk halkının refahına yaptığı katkılarla ekonomimizde önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu çalışma inşaat endüstrisinde lojistik ve tedarik zinciri yönetiminin nasıl uygulandığını ortaya koyarak konu ile ilgili sınırlı çalışmaya sahip Türkçe yazına katkıda bulunmak ve araştırmacıların konuya daha çok ilgi göstermesini sağlamak amacı ile yapılmıştır. Bu bağlamda bilimsel yayınlar ve sektör raporları gibi ikincil verilerin incelenmesinin yanı sıra yönetici pozisyonunda çalışan dört uzmanın da görüşlerine başvurularak birincil veriler elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucu elde edilen bulguları özetlemek gerekirse uzmanların görüşüne göre çalıştıkları firmalarda lojistik ve tedarik zinciri operasyonlarının planlanmasına yeterince önem verilmediği ve lojistik tekniklerin etkin kullanılmadığı tedarik zinciri paydaşları arasında iletişimde koordinasyonun zayıf olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
