| dc.description.abstract | Yapay zekâ şüphesiz çağımız en büyük teknolojik gelişmelerinden biridir. Kolay erişilebilen yapısı birçok alanda hızla kullanılmasını sağlamış ancak teknolojinin kötüye kullanımı ve tehlikelerinin ortaya çıkması da aynı hızda olmuştur. Bu makalede yapay zekânın bilim kurgu bağlamından koparılarak ne olduğu ortaya konulmaya çalışılacaktır. Daha sonra atom bombasının etkileri ve sonrasında uluslararası alanda atılan adımlar incelenecek analoji yoluyla yapay zekânın tehlikeleri ortaya konularak çözüm önerileri sunulacaktır. | |
