| dc.description.abstract | Amaç: Duygusal ifadeden yoksunluk suçluluk ve empati eksikliği gibi katıduygusuz özellikler özellikle gelecekte saldırgan ve şiddet içeren davranışlar için artmış risk taşıyan antisosyal özellikleri olan gençlerin ciddi bir alt grubunu oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmamızda katı-duygusuz özelliklerin belirlenmesine yönelik geliştirilen \"Katı-Duygusuz Özellikleri Tarama Ölçeği (Inventory of Callous-Unemotional Traits)\" (ICU) Gençlik Formu Türkçe uyarlamasının (ICUTR) psikometrik özelliklerini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır.Gereç ve Yöntemler: Çalışmamızda ICU-TR 301 öğrenci tarafından doldurulmuş ölçeği eksiksiz dolduran 250 öğrencinin formu çalışmaya alınmıştır. Toplam 100 kişi ortalama 3 hafta sonra ICU-TR'yi tekrar doldurmuştur. Ölçeğin faktör yapısı ana bileşen analiziyle incelenmiş iç tutarlılığı Cronbach alfa katsayısı ile hesaplanmıştır. Ölçüt bağıntılı geçerlik analizinde ve test-tekrar test güvenirliğinin incelenmesinde Pearson korelasyon analizi uygulanmıştır. Bulgular: Olguların yaş ortalaması 14 38 yıl, %68'i erkek %32'si kızdır. Faktör analizi ile 2 faktörlü yapı desteklenmiştir. Birinci faktör (callousness-katılık) 12 maddeden (Eigen değer=4 8, r=0 58 p<0 001), ikinci faktör (uncaringduyarsızlık) 11 maddeden oluşmuştur (Eigen değer=2 3, r=0 64 p<0 001). Toplam ölçek Cronbach alfa katsayısı 0 55, katılık alt ölçeği için Cronbach alfa 0 77 duyarsızlık alt ölçeği için ise 0 58 saptanmıştır. Ölçek test-tekrar test güvenirlik katsayısı 0 88'dir (p<0 001).Sonuç: ICU-TR'nin faktör analizi ile 2 faktörlü yapısının geçerliği gösterilmiştir. Test-tekrar test güvenirliği ve alt ölçekler ve toplam ölçek iç tutarlılık güvenirliğinin yeterli düzeyde olduğu saptanmıştır. | |
