Entelektüel sermaye ile öz sermayenin performans üzerindeki etkisinin karşılaştırılması: Otomotiv sektörü örneği / The comparisons of equity capital effects and a intellectual capital effects on performance in automitive industry

Abstract

Günümüzde küreselleşen dünyamız, bilgiye ulaşım araçlarının gelişmesi ile birlikte hızlı bir değişim içine girmiştir. Bu değişim esnasında endüstri çağının en önemli unsurları olan sermaye, üretim tesisleri, makine gibi maddi varlıkların yanında entelektüel sermayenin ifade ettiği bilgi temelli maddi olmayan entelektüel varlıklar önem kazanmıştır. Bu araştırmada sermaye ve sermaye türleri incelenmiş, öz sermaye ve entelektüel sermaye detaylı olarak ele alınmıştır. Öz sermaye ve entelektüel sermayenin karlılık performansları üzerindeki etkisi BİST 100 listesinde bulunan otomotiv ve otomotiv yan sanayi sektöründeki firmaların verileri kullanılarak irdelenmiştir. Entelektüel sermaye VAIC yöntemi kullanılarak hesaplanmış, işletmelerin dönem sonu net kar değişkeni baz alınarak karlılık performansına etkisi incelenmiştir. The globalization of the word has a rapid change as a consequent of the improvements in modes of information transportation. During this process, base components of the industrial age have become more valuable. These components are not only the tangible goods like capital, production facilities and machines but also the intangible assets like knowledge based goods. This research gives an overview about capital and the types of it. It focuses on equity capital and intellectual capital in detail. The effects of them are measured with the data of the companies which are on top 100 in automotive and automotive related industries in Borsa İstanbul. The intellectual capital is calculated by using VAIC method. This research focuses on equity capital and intellectual capital, also analyzes the performance effects of them in automotive industry.
