Abstract
Coronavirüs (Covid-19) pandemisi ile birlikte gelişen e-ticaret faaliyetleri artan şehirleşme değişen tüketici\rdavranışları ve sürdürülebilirliğe olan farkındalığın artması taşımacılığın son adımı olan son kilometre (Last\rMile) lojistiğinde bir takım problemlere yol açmaktadır. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın temel amacı, son kilometre\rlojistiğinin performansını etkileyen kriterleri tanımlanmak ve bütüncül bir bakış açısıyla kriterlerin yer aldığı bir\rkavramsal çerçeve modeli oluşturmaktır. Bu model e-ticaret lojistik ve kargo şirketlerine sürdürülebilir bir\rteslimat süreci konusunda rehberlik etmesi amacıyla tasarlanmıştır. Seçilen kriterlerin önem dereceleri BestWorst Yöntemi (BWM) kullanılarak belirlenmektedir. Son olarak son kilometre lojistiğini daha verimli hale\rgetirecek önerilerin verilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre enerji tüketimi çevre kirliliğine\rsebep olan en önemli dışsal maliyet olarak tanımlanmıştır. İkinci olarak son kilometre lojistiğinin şirketlere\ryansıdığı maliyet kalemleri değerlendirilmiştir. Operasyonel maliyetler lojistik ve kargo şirketleri için ilk sırada\ryer almaktadır. Müşteri memnuniyetini ise en çok teslimat süresinin kısalığı sağlamaktadır. \r
