Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety Law enters into force to object to regulate duties authority liability rights and obligations of employers and workersin order to ensure occupational health and safety at workplaces and to improveexisting health and safety conditions. General liability of employer is increasedbeside workers obligations are arranged with this law. In this article the principles of employee s obligation to take occupational health and safety the dutiesof employer and workers and the effects and consequences of contradictions tosuch obligation are be examined.
