Abstract

Bu araştırma örgütsel özdeşim ile örgütsel bağlılık boyutlarından duygusal bağlılık ve normatif bağlılığın birbirinden ayrı yapılar olup olmadığını ampirik olarak incelemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Araştırma çeşitli illerde kamu sektörü ve özel sektörde görev yapan 444 katılımcı ile yürütülmüştür. Bütün ölçek maddelerinin tek bir yapıyla bağlantılı olduğu tek faktörlü A Modeli duygusal bağlılık ve normatif bağlılık ölçeklerinin maddelerinin tek bir örgütsel bağlılık yapısıyla ve örgütsel özdeşim ölçeği maddelerinin ise örgütsel özdeşim yapısıyla bağlantılı olduğu iki faktörlü B Modeli her bir ölçek maddesinin kendi ölçeğiyle ilgili yapıyla bağlantılı olduğu üç faktörlü C Modeli birbirleri ile yapılan doğrulayıcı faktör analizi (LISREL 8.3) ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Uyum indeksleri ele alındığında C Modeline daha fazla destek sağlandığı ve bu üç yapının da birbirinden ayrı olduğu görülmüştür
