Abstract

The coastal area and small hills between Kale and Ka Ś in the south of Anatolia west of Antalya is the Kekova region. There are irregular inlets peninsulas and about 30 large and small islands in this region. The flora is typical Mediterranean. The heavy smell here has not been destroyed in forest at various points. The inner parts from the coast get higher and they form the fringe of The West Taurus. The coastal morphology is generally rocky but there are also pebble beaches at various places (Özel Doǧa AlanlarI 2008). © 2010 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg. © 2014 Elsevier B.V.
