    This thesis contains four chapters. The first three chapters contain some basic results of the Riesz Spaces Theory and some results which are necessary for the last main chapter.The aim of the last chapter: One of the main example of Riesz spaces are C(X)-spaces, namely the space of real valued continuous functions on a topological space X. It is well known that a uniformly complete Riesz space can be represented as C(X)-space for some compact Hausdorff space if the Riesz space has an order unit. This is known as Kakutani Representation Theorem. In the last chapter, Kakutani Representation Theorem is generalized, via the paper Montalvo, F., Pulgarin, A., Requejo, B. (2006). Riesz spaces of real continuous functions.Mainly, it will be shown that under certain conditions a Riesz space can be represented as C(X)-space for some topological space X, which is not necessarily compact.

    NORMAL OLMAYAN MODAL LOJİKLER VE SEMANTİKLER Polat, Süleyman Doktora Tezi, Matematik Danışman: Prof. Dr. Mehmet TERZİLER Bu tezde; temel modal önermesel dil baz alınarak normal ve normal olmayan modal lojikler üzerine yapılan çalışmalar ayrıntılı kanıtlarla gözden geçirilmiştir. Bu lojikler için tanımlanan bağıntısal, topolojik, komşuluk ve cebirsel semantikler tezin son bölümünde karşılaştırılmış ve aşağıdaki sonuçlar elde edilmiştir: •Bağıntısal semantik komşuluk semantiğinin bir alt semantiğidir. •Komşuluk semantiği cebirsel semantiğin bir alt semantiğidir. •Her cebirsel(dolayısıyla her komşuluk, her bağıntısal) çatı klasiktir. 'Bağıntısal çatılar (a izomorf) olmayan normal komşuluk çatılarının olup olmadığı ve varsa bağıntısal çatılar (a izomorf) olan komşuluk çatılarının nasıl karakterize edildiği' sorusuna sırasıyla 𝙚𝙨𝙖𝙨 𝙨𝙪̈𝙯𝙜𝙚ç ve 𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙢𝙡𝙪 𝘽𝙤𝙤𝙡𝙚 𝙘𝙚𝙗𝙞𝙧𝙞 kavramları kullanılarak yanıt verilmiştir. Ayrıca Sezgisel Önermeler Lojiği (IPL) için Kripke semantiği, Heyting semantiği ve Topolojik semantiği sunuluyor.IPL'nin bu semantiklere göre sağlam ve tam olduğu gösteriliyor.     Orders, Alexandroff Spaces and Digraphs

    This thesis mainly deals with Alexandroff spaces which are related to some concepts like preorders, graphs and digraphs. The first chapter gives some basic notions about topology, order and minimal open sets, which are used in the next chapter. In the second chapter, Alexandroff spaces are defined by using minimal open sets, and definitions of preorder, partial order as well as their connection with the main subject(Alexandroff spaces) and T0-Alexandroff spaces are given. Then some new spaces such as the product of two Alexandroff spaces and Hausdorff Alexandroff spaces are constructed, and the definitions of a quotient map and quotient space and irreduicibility are given. The last chapter discusses notions about graphs and relates them to topology and Alexandroff spaces; the definitions of digraph and transitive digraph are introduced, and relation between these and Alexandroff spaces is considered.

    Bu tez üç bölümden oluşuyor. Birinci bölümde;kısmi sıralı kümeler,kafes ve türleri ile ilgili temel kavram ve sonuçlar tanıtılıyor. İkinci bölümde;dağılmalı bir kafesin bir idealinin 0-ideali olması için yeter koşullar türetiliyor.Her 0-idealinin bir sıfırlayıcı ideal olması için bazı denk koşullar kanıtlanıyor.Dağılmalı bir kafesin asal 0-idealleri ve minimal asal idealleri arasında bir denklik elde ediliyor. Üçüncü bölümde;dağılmalı kafeslerin bir genellemesi olan 0-dağılmalı kafeslerin alfa-idealleri ve sıfırlayıcı idealleri ele alınıyor.

    The current paper explores the potential of the areas between mathematics and poetry. We will first recall some definitions and results that are needed to construct solutions of the Yang–Baxter equation. A new duality principle is presented and Boolean coalgebras are introduced. A section on poetry dedicated to the Yang–Baxter equation is presented and a discussion on a poem related to a mathematical formula follows. The final section presents our conclusions and further information on these topics. © 2022 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

    INDEPENDENCE OF COUNTABLE SETS OF FORMULAS OF THE PROPOSITIONAL LOGIC

    In this paper we prove that every countable set of formulas of the propositional logic has at least one equivalent independent subset. We illustrate the situation by considering axioms for Boolean algebras, the proof of independence we give uses model forming.

    Modal lojiğin farklı semantikleri

    This thesis consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, relational or Kripke semantics of the basic modal logic is studied. For well-known and basic logics such as S4 the soundness and completeness theorems are proved. In the second chapter, topological semantics and definability of certain logics are analysed. Our two basic modal operators 'box' and 'diamond' are interpreted as the topological interior and closure, respectively. The well-known result of McKinsey-Tarski that S4 is complete with respect to topological semantics is proved via modern approach. With this semantics, certain topological spaces are defined. In the third and last chapter, we deal with the neighborhood semantics that generalizes all the other modal semantics. All that is known valid with respect to Kripke or Topological semantics may not be so under this semantics. We give examples and results showing that this is indeed a general semantics.

    Bu tez esas olarak iki bölümden oluşuyor. Birinci bölümde; kafeslerle ilgili temel kavramlar tanıtıldıktan sonra kafesin iki farklı tanımının denkliği gösteriliyor. Literatürde yer alan sonuçlardan önemli olanların kanıtları veriliyor. İkinci bölümde; kafeslerde türev kavramı bol örneklerle tanıtılıyor ve monoton (ya da izoton) türev aracılığıyla Birkhoff' un 3 5 M  N kafesleri için ifade ettiği karakterizasyon teoremine türevsel bir betimleme veriliyor. Bunun için özellikle [12] ve [13] kaynaklarından yararlanılıyor.
