Abstract

The study analyzes the trends in the digital economy as well as some aspects of an enterprise's digital transformation in modern conditions and also determines the criteria and directions for such a transformation according to the developed ecosystem model for the enterprise's digital transformation based on fuzzy logic. The proposed model takes into account the subjectivity resulting from the measurement and setting of transformation goals by using various standardized rules. The chosen research methodology made it possible to identify existing and new patterns of interaction between agents in the context of digital transformation of the organizational and economic system of an enterprise and to determine that an enterprise digital transformation strategy should have a broader focus and include information architecture reengineering the creation of digital platforms and introduction of additive technologies. Choosing a digital transformation strategy based on summary performance indicators and fuzzy logic methods will allow companies to achieve long-term strategic goals and determine their place in the digital market. © 2023 Elsevier B.V.
