    Dijital Dönüşüm Uygulamalarının Kurumların Marka Değerine Etkisi: “Pınar Online” Örneği

    İnsan odaklı dijital dönüşümün toplumun her alanına yansıdığı ve Toplum 5.0 olarak adlandırılan söz konusu dönemde günümüz insanı tüm faaliyetlerini çevrimiçi gerçekleştirmektedir. Günümüz tüketicisi daha hızlı daha kolay seçme ve kıyaslama hakkının daha çok olduğu başkalarının ürünle ilgili düşüncelerini görebildiği istediği zaman ve istediği yerde alışveriş yapabildiği platformları tercih etmektedir. Toplumsal boyutta yaşanan dijital dönüşüm bu yeni tüketici davranışını yaratırken işletmeler de pazardaki yerlerini korumak ve tüketicisinin talep ve isteklerine cevap vererek marka değerini sürdürülebilir kılmak adına dijital dönüşüm uygulamalarına önem vermek zorundadır. Bu çalışmada söz konusu dijital dönüşüm uygulamalarını kendi sektöründe öncü maka olarak uygulayan Pınar Online’ın geleneksel Pınar müşterisine kendini nasıl kabul ettirdiğini ve marka değerine olan katkılarını ele almayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu doğrultuda öncelikle dijital dönüşüm ve bu dönüşümün tüketici davranışlarına olan etkisi ardından da marka değeri kavramına dair bir literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın araştırma kısmında ise Pınar Online uygulaması örnek uygulama olarak incelenmiştir. Yöntem olarak nitel araştırma uygulamalarından vaka analizi seçilmiş ve bu Pınar Online ‘in yöneticilerinden farklı kaynaklardan elde edilen veriler toplanmıştır. Bu amaçla elde edilen veriler doküman analizi yöntemi kullanılarak Pınar Online’ın dijitalleşme süreci ve markaya olan katkısı ortaya çıkarılmaya çalışılmıştır.

    University-industry collaboration has become important topic for the countries since the economy became global and competitive in the world. It is particularly relevant for such developing countries as Turkey which have to considerably improve the competitiveness of their economies and education system. Removal of all barriers to collaboration among industry education and research are important preconditions ensuring to have sustainable education system which need to considerably improve the innovation characteristics. The aim of the paper is having an understanding of the reasons for collaboration between universities and industry.     Changing consumer buyer decision process in the context of instamoms

    As an effective digital strategy influencer marketing uses "influencers" on social media with their potential to deliver ideas to the masses. These people on social media are very attractive to consumers when making decisions. This research makes its theoretical contribution by combining marketing motherhood as a social construct as an instinctive process in social media. Within this context mother influencers called Instamoms impact their followers by affecting their buyer decision process. This chapter aims to understand the impact of Instamoms on the buyer decision of their followers. The research concentrates on factors in how decisions in the process of mother followers can be shaped affected and harmonized toward the content of the Instamoms' posts in terms the of influence that constitute the reference power motherhood concept and all other remaining factors that determine the buyer decision process. © 2024 Elsevier B.V.
