Abstract
Bu araştırma örgütsel özdeşim ve duygusal bağlılığın çeşitli öncüllerle ilişkileri açısından farklılık gösterip göster- mediğini incelemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Araştırma çeşitli illerde kamu sektörü ve özel sektörde görev yapan 444 katılımcı ile yürütülmüştür. Örgütsel özdeşimin duygusal bağlılıkla ortak ve farklı öncüllerini belirlemek amacıyla bu değişkenlerin her biri için ayrı hiyerarşik regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Örgütün kimliğinin gücü örgütün algıla- nan dışsal prestiji kişi örgüt uyumu ve birarada olma ihtiyacının her iki değişkeni de yordadığı örgüt temelli benlik değerinin sadece örgütsel özdeşimi iş doyumunun ise sadece duygusal bağlılığı yordadığı benlik değeri bölüşüm- sel işlemsel ve etkileşimsel adaletin ise iki değişkeni de yordamadığı saptanmıştır.
