Tedarik zincirinde koordinasyonun önemi ve bilgi teknolojilerinin kullanılması / The importance of coordination inthe supply chain and the use of information technologies

Abstract

Günümüzde gelişmekte olan teknolojiyle beraber, tedarik zinciri üyesi olan her kurumun, kullandıkları bilişim teknolojileriyle kendi bünyesinde ki iş süreci kolaylaşsa da, diğer kurumlar ile olan rekabetleri oldukça artış göstermiştir. Artık nihai tüketiciler, tedarik edecekleri ürüne coğrafi sınırlılıklar olmaksızın, bir bilgisayar ağı kadar uzaklıktadır. Bu durum da işletmeler arası rekabet kaçınılmaz bir hal alır. Çalışmanın amacı, tedarik zincirinin her aşamasında yer alan bilgi teknolojilerinin incelenmesi ve bilgi teknolojileri kullanım sürecinde kurum ve kişilere sağladığı yararlar değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmanın önemi, bilgi teknolojilerinin koordinasyon için hayati öneminin analizidir. Araştırma yöntemi ve sınırlılıkları olarak, odak grup oluşturulup incelenecek teknolojileri kullanan çalışanların fikirleri alınmıştır. İzmir bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren şirketler ile sınırlandırılma yaparak çalışma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda, tedarik zinciri üyesi olan lojistik firmalarının iş konusuna uygun olan bilişim teknolojilerinden yararlanarak, maliyet giderlerini minimuma indirgemiş olup, kar marjını yükseltmiştir. Bünyesinde gerçekleştireceği her faaliyetin müşteri odaklı olması rekabet avantajlarından yararlanmalarını sağlamıştır. Now final consumers, without geographical limitations to the products they will supply are as far as a computer network. The aim of this study is the examination of the information Technologies at each stage of the intended supply chain and the evaluation of the benefits provided by the organization and the person in the process of the using the information technology. The importance of this study is the analysis of the vital importance fort he coordination of the information technology. The research methods and limitations were taken from the opinions of the employees who use the focus groups and the Technologies to be examined. Study was carried out by limiting the companies operating in izmir district. As a result of the analysis, the logistic companies, which are the supply chain members, benefited from the information technologies that are appropriate from the business and reduced the costs to a minimum and increased the profit margins. Ensures that every activity which is customer focused within its context will benefit the competitive advange.
